BMoCA & Street Wise Arts present a welcoming, community-centered space to gather, connect, and explore the power of murals through a film screening and networking event celebrating women in Street Art. Street Heroines is an award-winning feature-length documentary celebrating the courage and creativity of women who despite their lack of recognition have been an integral part of the graffiti and street art movement since the beginning.

A bastion of female empowerment, Street Heroines gives visibility to fearless artists who create their own opportunities in the name of women’s rights, gender and economic equality, increased accessibility to the arts, and the celebration of cultural identity.

Doors open at 6pm. Film starts at 7pm (running time 1.5 hours). Cash bar and light snacks.

Refund Policy - If you would like a refund, please notify BMoCA at least 7 days before the event. We cannot refund tickets within 7 days of the event. Cancellation of Event: If there is a reason that causes BMoCA to cancel an event, we will notify you and offer the option of a refund for the full amount.
