“This artistic intervention seeks to integrate with the surrounding space and generate a visual poetic in the landscape. From the beginning, the connection I had with these trunks was instantaneous. Somehow, I felt these majestic old trees were communicating something to me. Even though they had already been partially felled, there was something in their shapes and bark that suggested they could express something beyond. Humans have an inherent relationship with the cycles of nature. And it is in this interaction that we define our environments, giving them a new meaning.” - Adolfo Romero

“Esta intervención artística busca integrarse con el espacio circundante y generar una poética visual en el paisaje. La conexión que tuve con los arboles fue instantánea. De alguna manera sentí que estas majestuosos arboles viejos me comunicaban algo. A pesar que ya habían sido parcialmente talados, había algo en sus formas y en su corteza  que me sugería que podía expresar algo más allá. Los humanos tenemos una relación inmanente con los ciclos de la naturaleza. Y en esa interacción es que resignificamos nuestro entorno.” - Adolfo Romero
