Sans Souci is an international festival dedicated to projecting moving images of dance through space onto reflective surfaces. Committed to exploration and innovation within the dance for camera idiom, an expansive definition of dance, and an appreciation for interdisciplinary forms, this unique festival exposes diverse audiences to a variety of film, video, and performance possibilities. Ranging from experimental shorts by emerging artists to feature length works by such established greats as Elliot Caplan, the Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema is a notable forum.

The Boulder International Fringe Festival

August 17 – 28, 2006

Boulder Museum of Contemporary Art will be a host venue to the Boulder International Fringe Festival.  Ten of the 70 groups of artists will fill BMoCA’s theater space for 12 days presenting an eclectic array of theater, dance, music and media.
