Ann Hall Richards Ann Hall Richards is a full time studio artist residing in Minneapolis , Minnesota . She has been using techniques of papermaking and hand weaving to create sculptural vessels and wall constructions for the last 15 years. Currently, Richards is an artist mentor through the Textile Center of Minnesota and also a teacher of workshops in fiber techniques and papermaking. Richards uses natural materials, papermaking, hand weaving, and stitching to create sculptural vessels and wall pieces that reflect emotional life experiences. Her works are intuitive interpretations. Most recent inspirations come from mythical stories and profound personal-life changes.
