$325 Per Hour
$150 Cleaning Fee


East, West & Union Works Galleries
(Entire Building)

$400 per hour
$200 cleaning fee


Event Space
(Top Level)

$200 per hour
$50 Cleaning fee


Security Deposit:

A $750 security deposit along with 50% of the rental fee (refundable up to 30 days prior) will be due with signed contract. Payments may be made by check to BMoCA, credit card, or cash. The total balance will be due 7 days prior to the event.

Availability:

The museum is available for private event rental after business hours Tuesday-Sunday and all day Monday. For private event rental, daytime conference space availability and special rates for nonprofit 501(c)(3) organizations, please email karyn@bmoca.org.

The museum is unable to rent the space for fundraising events and reserves the right to decline a rental of the museum for any reason.
